Limits and behavior
Uses Mammoth semantic conversion, not a pixel-identical Word layout. Embedded image data URLs are supported; active elements and unsafe links are removed. Local processing. Maximum 10 MB per file, 25 MB total; expanded ZIP contents at most 50 MB and 2,000 entries. Spreadsheet limit: 10,000 cells and 2,000 rows per sheet. Macros are never executed. Originals are unchanged. Cancellation stops active PDF renders and discards stale results; a synchronous library step finishes before the browser can handle cancellation.
Convert Word document structure into HTML
Export supported DOCX text structure to HTML for further editing or web publishing. Review the output when the source contains complex layouts.
Does DOCX to HTML perfectly reproduce Microsoft Word layout?
No. Word documents can use page-specific styling and objects that may not be preserved in semantic HTML.
