What a good tool page should tell you
Every important tool should identify its actual input, output, intended task, supported formats, size limits and known limitations. A PDF operation is not interchangeable with an image converter, and the same generic instructions do not help with both.
How we check releases
Our release checks prioritise reachable pages, understandable controls, example inputs, sensible error messages, downloads and mobile layouts. We do not publish numerical test-coverage claims without a current reproducible audit. Tool behavior can also change with browser capabilities and local file contents.
How we handle corrections
When you encounter a problem, use the existing contact form. Include the exact tool URL, browser type, steps to reproduce, and whether the error appears before or after processing. Do not include sensitive files or passwords. The form confirms when a message has been saved, but a response time is not guaranteed.
How content is maintained
Our Learning Hub focuses on realistic examples, trade-offs and output checks. Significant changes are recorded in the public update log. Update entries reflect work shipped to the site, not fabricated activity or a claim of constant daily editing.
Privacy and monetisation
See the Privacy Policy for current processing and account details. Advertising is disabled until site settings and approval permit it; advertising placeholders are not useful content and should not interrupt tool workflows. This statement does not imply Google AdSense approval.
Check before relying on a result
Always inspect your downloaded document, decoded content, calculation or generated image before relying on it. For financial calculations, confirm the applicable official rules. For sensitive documents, review the full policy and use tools appropriate for your security requirements.
If something here is inaccurate or incomplete, request a correction. We value specific, reproducible feedback.
