Convert time zones with DST
Convert an exact instant to an IANA time zone using its daylight-saving rules.
Input & settings
How to use this tool
Enter an unambiguous instant and destination zone. The result gives local date/time and the UTC offset applicable to that instant.
Limits and behavior
Enter YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS with optional 1–3 fractional second digits and mandatory Z or ±HH:MM. Offset range is ±14:00. Local calendar years are 1900–2100. Invalid dates and leap seconds are rejected. Uses this browser’s IANA/ICU time-zone database, including DST. Ambiguous or nonexistent source wall-clock times are not guessed: provide the intended source UTC offset explicitly. Milliseconds are preserved in UTC; local display shows whole seconds. Input is limited to 1 MB and output to 3 MB. No input content is saved by CraftAI.
Convert precise instants across time zones
Enter a supported instant and choose time zones to show corresponding local date and clock time.
Does every region stay on one UTC offset throughout the year?
No. Some regions observe daylight saving changes or historical time zone shifts.
