Limits and behavior
Uses Helvetica and supports its WinAnsi character set. Unsupported characters cause a clear error; no silent character replacement. Plain paragraphs wrap without rich formatting. Local processing. Maximum 10 MB per file, 25 MB total and 100 PDF pages. Encrypted PDFs require the separate known-password decryption tool. Digitally signed input may lose signature validity after any modification; preserve your original. Unsupported or malformed files produce an error. Cancellation stops active PDF renders and discards stale results; a synchronous library step finishes before the browser can handle cancellation.
Turn a plain-text TXT file into an A4 PDF
Convert UTF-8 text into a properly typeset PDF for reading, printing, or sharing. The TXT-to-PDF converter handles plain text and is not intended to reproduce rich document formatting.
Will plain-text conversion preserve images or advanced formatting?
No. TXT files do not contain the rich layout structure of a Word document. The resulting PDF typesets the text rather than recreating unavailable styling.
