If Razorpay confirmed a membership payment but CraftAI has not activated it, sign in using the same email address used for payment and enter the payment ID from your receipt. CraftAI verifies the captured payment directly with Razorpay. No new payment will be requested. Automatic recovery is available within seven days of payment.

Before you join
Will I lose access to tools?
No. All released tools remain free for everyone. The membership removes advertisements, not feature limits.
When does ad-free access start?
Only after the payment processor confirms a captured payment, the amount matches your order and CraftAI verifies your account.
Does membership renew automatically?
No. Your ad-free period ends after the purchased term unless you choose to buy another period.
What if my payment fails?
No membership is activated for failed, pending or mismatched payments. If you were charged but access did not start, contact support with your payment reference.
Initial checkout will accept Indian payments in INR only when Razorpay domestic activation and our security checks are complete. International cards will be added later after separate approval.
