Digital service only. CraftAI does not sell or ship any physical goods. Shipping charges, courier services, customs duties for physical parcels and tracking numbers do not apply.
Free tools
All currently released utility tools can be accessed online at www.craftai.in without payment. Tools process supported inputs locally in the user's browser, subject to each tool's displayed limits. Where supported, results can be copied or downloaded directly to the user's device.
Ad-free membership delivery
Optional paid memberships are attached to the customer account used at checkout. After Razorpay confirms a captured payment and CraftAI verifies the payment, amount and account, the appropriate ad-free entitlement is activated digitally. Customers can then sign in using their verified email and access CraftAI without displayed advertising for their prepaid period.
Delivery timeframe
Successful verified payments are intended to activate access within minutes. If membership access has not appeared within 24 hours of a successful charge, contact us with the registered account email and payment reference through the Contact form. Please do not pay again until the first payment has been checked.
Plans and renewal
The monthly plan grants approximately one month of ad-free access; the annual plan grants 12 months, calculated from verified activation under the membership terms. Payments are one-time and do not renew automatically. Tool access remains free when an ad-free term ends.
International customers
Digital access is provided online wherever CraftAI is available, subject to local laws and device or browser compatibility. Checkout currently uses Indian rupees (INR). International-card acceptance requires separate Razorpay approval and is not active yet. Payment-provider currency conversion or card issuer charges may apply if international processing becomes available.
Problems with digital access
If a customer cannot sign in or a verified membership has not been activated, use our Contact form. Include the order or payment reference, but do not include payment-card details or secrets. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and cancellation policy.
